With offices in London, Australia and Singapore, the client is a specialist executive search firm focussed on recruiting fundraisers and advancement professionals for the not-for-profit sector.
Their previous website had an uninspiring formal corporate style, somewhat at odds with their standing as part of a community that helps to do the greater good and make the world a better place. The brief was to create a distinctive and individual web presence while maintaining a highly professional image.
The project involved working with a given colour palette that did not include black or white! It was also decided to minimise the use of stock library images which plague so many recruitment websites.
These constraints helped the creation of a unique design that captures the refreshing and personal recruitment journey that candidates and clients experience with this firm.
In addition, a deep integration of the website with a leading recruitment CRM system that the organisation uses, streamlined their processes and boosted efficiency.
