We began working together, more than 15 years ago, when Lifeline IT was a fledgling IT support business.
We started by developing a distinct and colourful identity which stood out in a sector associated with beige boxes and mind-numbing jargon. Afterwards we went on to use this visual identity for all key touchpoints, from the website, stationery and print to car wraps and signage, to exhibition materials and promotional merchanise – a consistent, powerful signal of their professionalism and individual character. The authority of their brand has grown especially through the website.
It emphasises Lifeline IT’s experience in 6 key sectors and their in-person approach when most competitors are focussed purely on remote support.
Over the years the business has leveraged this marketing collateral and now serves clients in the UK and Europe, the latter from an office in the Netherlands.
